The popularity of the spinning class has been rising steadily for several years
Indoor Cycling (or “Spinning”) is a form of exercise focusing on endurance, strength, intervals, resistance and recovery. It is a great low impact exercise, which means it places no great impact on the joints in your body. Spin involves using a special stationary exercise bicycle.
This class is open to all levels. Whether this is your first spin class, or you’re seasoned, you are welcome here!
