Our first rounds of the 6 Week Challenge were a success!
More than 20 women have made their health and fitness a priority, and committed to the 6 Week Challenge (twice!!). The challenge included customized diet plans, regular group classes, weekly weigh-ins, nutrition/fitness seminars, and a strong support network.
